Around 6a.m. my jeep gota flat tire on I74 heading down to a wedding in Tennessee. I called Tatman's first, the person on the phone was professional, empathetic, and kind. The truck got to us in about a half and hour, which is pretty quick... considering the time of day! The guy offered to put the spare tire on (we didn't have one unfortunately) but even if we did, he had us picked up and on our way to tire barn in less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are in a pinch.read more

Would absolutely recommend Tatman’s. I had never had my car towed before and was nervous, but the man who came to help me (I think his name was Cory) was extremely kind and immediately made me feel very relaxed. When we arrived at our destination he... asked me how I wanted to pay the (very reasonably priced) $100 fee. I had $90 in cash which he happily accepted even though I offered to use my card or PayPal for the full amount, which surprised and delighted me. highly recommend, I hate anything towing related, other towing companies are usually such jerks anytime I have had to get my car towed. So I was not expecting the guys who came out to tow my car to help me get it started so that I didn't have to pay... the full towing expense. I highly recommend Tatman’s towing! Car broke down while pulling a trailer FOUR HOURS from home. 90+ degrees outside. Very grateful for Michael G he arrived quickly and got us to the part’s store. He turned the air on in his truck and let us sit in... it while he loaded everything! We greatly appreciate you for getting us off the interstate out of the heat and where we needed to go in a safe timely friendly manner!
