Travis responded to my request for roadside assistance through Nissan Connect services. I had a flat tire on narrow road with little room to get over on the side. When my car broke down in my driveway, I called AAA to set up towing, and Tatman's was the contracted company for it. AAA automatically set it to be towed as soon as possible, but I needed it towed two days later after I scheduled a service... appointment. I called Tatman's to see what could be done. They answered the phone immediately and rescheduled it within moments. When the tow truck driver came, again, it was a trouble free experience to get my car to the service center, and the driver, James was an absolute pro. I never saw a bill outside of my annual AAA membership. I wish every company was this simple to deal with. Great service.read more

Around 6a.m. my jeep gota flat tire on I74 heading down to a wedding in Tennessee. I called Tatman's first, the person on the phone was professional, empathetic, and kind. The truck got to us in about a half and hour, which is pretty quick... considering the time of day! The guy offered to put the spare tire on (we didn't have one unfortunately) but even if we did, he had us picked up and on our way to tire barn in less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are in a pinch.read more

Would absolutely recommend Tatman’s. I had never had my car towed before and was nervous, but the man who came to help me (I think his name was Cory) was extremely kind and immediately made me feel very relaxed. When we arrived at our destination he... asked me how I wanted to pay the (very reasonably priced) $100 fee. I had $90 in cash which he happily accepted even though I offered to use my card or PayPal for the full amount, which surprised and delighted me. highly recommend, I hate anything towing related, other towing companies are usually such jerks anytime I have had to get my car towed.
